Steve, Do you still recommend the Resolution: 0.2mm for printing all the clocks?? I just realized I've been printing everything in the default resolution of 0.012mm and was wondering if that was causing some of my problems.

I print most parts with 0.2mm layer heights as the best balance between accuracy and speed with a 0.4mm nozzle. The gears may work better with smaller layer heights of 0.15mm. The smaller ridges would have less likelihood of interlocking. Even better would be to print meshing gears with different layer heights to reduce interlocking even further. For example, print the even numbered gears at 0.2mm and the odd number gears at 0.15mm.
PrusaSlicer with an MK4 defaults to a G-code resolution of 0.008mm. The difference between 0.012mm and 0.008mm with a 0.4mm nozzle seems insignificant. What are the problems you are experiencing?
