Help needed to solve my clock problem.
The clock runs sometime, but only for like two minutes. If I use the key and pull hard the gears move and it goes for that time. Or if I do what is shown in the video it resets. When I take the pendulum off it moves freely, but only for a little bit. I'm not sure what to do.

I'm thinking it might be elephants foot because I drilled out all of the holes. I have a deburring tool. Would I need to go around each gear to try to minimize the elephants foot?
