Is it completely silent? It is hard to tell from the short video, but it looks like the gears might be jumping around a bit. The back row alignment is critical for getting smooth and quiet operation. There are diagrams in the assembly guide showing the alignment. If they are off slightly, then the gears bind a tiny bit. Re-aligning the gears makes a huge difference.
