This was my second clock build, a lot of fun. It took several (about 10 or 12) tries to get the "bomb" just right. Ended up using CAD drawings of pipe fittings to make the plug/pulley to screw into the base after filling with shot and resin. Remake clock face to have digital numbers on analog clock. Running great for months and keeps good time.
