Very nice. Thanks for sharing. I really like seeing clocks from other designers.
It looks like most of the design was a straight conversion from the plans with modifications for the hour hand gears. Did you try the daisy wheel configuration?
This is one of the few clocks that works with a single beam as the frame. The drive weight is fairly small since it only needs to provide power for a few minutes.
