That's my problem also, my wife if not a fan of the wall clocks, so am limited to where I can hang them

Thanks, I'm still working on my Crazy Gear desk clocks, and have just browesd the wall clock. I would have to spend some time on understanding it before I could even start to see how your mod works. You might do a video and post on You-tube or someother site. I really prefer the desk clocks, as they don't require mounting.

Will be interesting to see what you come up with. I had problems with the reed switch on the coup perdue clock. I think two limit switches might be a good solution

I was looking at the design and what it will take to get this started and came here. Steve is there any way to add the self winding mod to the download? or post it somewhare, as it would only be useful if you have purchased the original design. I have finished my 9th Crazy gear desk clock and am ready to try this.

Sorry it took so long, but just about the same as you have listed. They are much more tolerant to tightening and removing a few times

Thanks Steve. The motor is a little tricky until you have all of the parts laid out in front of you. I did find a couple of things for you to look at in the manual. Page 15 and 30. I have attached screen shots en shots

I just posted my make of the deadbeat version. I had some trouble until I figured out the bearings in the front and back that support the pallet. It made almost no noise, but did not run, I added pennies to the motor holder and it was much nosier. I had no problem with tolerances, used Prusa 2.5 for slicing and printed on my Rat Rigs and Ender 5 Plus.

I just finished the motor system, ad also had the similar problems you mentioned. The flipper tends to keep the reed switch activated and the hole for the 20mm pin seemed large. I super glued the reed switch, as it was tending to pull out when the magnet attracted it and also glued the pin in. I think this will fix both problems. Next step is to assemble
